HBC were recently retained to relocate this smaller business.

They needed to move from a building that will shorty be redeveloped by Grosvenor Estates, to a location as close as possible to their current offices, the desire was for a short lease to allow for their future expansion without the hassle of disposing of space when that time came, and at the lowest possible cost. 




We found the 3rd floor of 115 Park Street which was located within 200m of their current offices, and agreed a three year lease subject to a tenant option to break on the 2nd anniversary, and it was fully fitted to boot, avoiding the majority of all the high capital costs that are associated with taking a new lease that are simply uneconomic when taking a short term lease.  A result all round.  As ever, terms remain confidential.

HBC We don't just do offices! This international furniture manufacturer and supplier, based in Clerkenwell, London and Boston, USA asked us to source a new distribution warehouse along the M4 corridor.  After completion of copious amounts of research and inspections, Unit 2 Nexus Park in Newbury was chosen to be the 'best fit'. It comprises 12,720 sq ft of warehouse with ancillary offices and forms part of a recently completed development by Hermes Investment Management.

Rokos Capital Management




Resident in 23 Savile Row, arguably one of the most prestigious buildings in Mayfair, HBC have recently acted on behalf of RCM in a major lease re-gearing exercise with the acquisition of an additional 4,000 sq ft.  The building was recently purchased by Lazari Properties and is the jewel in their London portfolio and they were just as keen to see a re-gearing as part of their ongoing asset management.  New 10 year leases have now been concluded at confidential rent levels on the entire 3rd floor and the majority of the 2nd floor.  RCM now occupy 29,000 sq ft in this building and HBC were very proud to have been asked to represent RCM for a third occasion.
