We found the 3rd floor of 115 Park Street which was located within 200m of their current offices, and agreed a three year lease subject to a tenant option to break on the 2nd anniversary, and it was fully fitted to boot, avoiding the majority of all the high capital costs that are associated with taking a new lease that are simply uneconomic when taking a short term lease.
