DueDil instructed us to examine a relocation to a new 12,000 sq ft office on the fringes of The City of London but with our support and research decided that a lease renewal was the best option. They have renewed their leases at 25 Christopher Street London EC2 for 5 years with a tenant only break option on the third anniversary of the term. They were able to make efficiencies within their space and will remain in 10,200 sq ft on the ground and first floors, at a rent level substantially less than that they would have had to pay had they relocated, and defer the high relocation costs for another three years.
