The historic State Bank of India recently tasked HBC to find them a prime location in the city to act as a satellite office to their current UK headquarters in King Street London EC2.
We were able to secure the Bank which is celebrating 100 years of trade this year a new lease within 77 Cornhill. This prime office space acquisition is set out over 3,400 sq ft, and is fully fitted enabling swift occupation to take place.
