Wallacespace – a provider of meeting rooms throughout London with sites in St Pancras, Clerkenwell, and Spitalfields, all of which have been acquired over the past few years by HBC, have now added to their portfolio in Covent Garden with the recent acquisition of a new lease at 58-60 Parker Street. This 4,300 sq ft building is part of a new portfolio of buildings under acquisition with more to follow.
