Zwift - the at home training game connecting cyclists around the world instructed us to secure 20,000 sq ft in a prestigious location affording good access to Central London as well as their premises in Guildford. After an extensive period of search we settled on Hay's Galleria where we have just agreed a new ten year lease on 15,000 sq ft on the 4th floor of Golding's House, overlooking the River Thames with an additional 5,000 sq ft in the basement for supporting uses.
