HBC We Do Property. Bravura Solutions (UK) Ltd have just taken a new lease at Broadgate Estates 201 Bishopsgate London EC2. The space extends to 25,700 sq ft on Level 5. This is one of HBC’s larger deals of the year and took 10 months of negotiations to bear fruit as Bravura needed to surrender their lease at their current offices in Austin Friars House, 2-6 Austin Friars London EC2, whilst simultaneously seeking for the landlord to re-let to another tenant in the building.
