Bravura Solutions (UK) Ltd have just taken a new lease at Broadgate Estates 201 Bishopsgate London EC2. The space extends to 25,700 sq ft on Level 5. This is one of HBC’s larger deals of the year and took 10 months of negotiations to bear fruit as Bravura needed to surrender their lease at their current offices in Austin Friars House, 2-6 Austin Friars London EC2, whilst simultaneously seeking for the landlord to re-let to another tenant in the building. The major US lawyer White & Case, took a new lease on Bravura’s space, expanding on their current presence in Austin Friars House. With the landlord at Austin Friars House being fully supportive, four sets of UK lawyers all had to effect an exchange of contracts at the same time on the same day - Sometimes it's all about timing.
