ROKOS expand as relationship with HBC continues...
Having re-geared RCM's lease at their headquarters building, 23 Savile Row in 2019, the business found itself expanding at an unexpected rate. HBC have now secured the comprising 8,500 sq ft on a new lease expiring in 2030 to help facilitate this expansion. We have represented RCM since their acquisition of 7,000 sq ft in 23 Savile Row in 2016 and hope to continue to be of service to them as they expand further in the coming years.
