Vitamin Well – a Swedish based wellness business noted for its drink brands Vitamin Well and Nocco instructed HBC late 2018 to seek more permanent premises. Having been occupiers of space within a WeWork site in Paddington it was time for them to take more permanent space in London. The 2nd floor within Lector Court 155-157 Farringdon Road was sourced where 2,521 sq ft of space was acquired by way of an assignment. Co-incidentally this is situated immediately below SWECO, another Swedish business for whom HBC acted two years ago. A small Swedish community seems to be developing in this part of London!
